Scott’s Mow & Go LLC – Terms of Service

Standard Scope of Work

Our standard lawn care service includes the following:

  • Mowing of all turf areas

  • Edging along sidewalks, driveways, and curbs

  • Trimming around trees, flower beds, fences, and other structures

  • Blowing grass clippings off all hard surfaces including driveways, sidewalks, patios, and decks

These services are considered routine and are included in your quoted service price.

Additional Charges

Any work beyond the standard scope described above is subject to additional charges. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Excessively overgrown lawns (defined as grass exceeding 6 inches in height)

  • Clearing of heavily weeded or overgrown flower beds

  • Hedge, bush, or shrub trimming

  • Removal of large debris (sticks, branches, trash, etc.)

  • Leaf removal or seasonal clean-up

  • Re-mowing areas where access was blocked due to client obstructions

All additional work will either be quoted before the service or added to the invoice based on our standard rate schedule. If prior approval is not obtained, we reserve the right to defer non-standard tasks until a separate agreement is reached.

 

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service and no later than 48 hours after completion.

  • A $5 late fee will apply for each day payment is delayed beyond the 48-hour window, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both the client and the business owner.

  • If payment remains unpaid after 7 calendar days, services will be suspended until the account is brought current. Continued delinquency may result in permanent termination of service and/or legal collection action.

 

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure access to all service areas on scheduled service days (e.g., gates unlocked, pets secured, vehicles moved from grass access areas).

  • Inaccessible areas due to locked gates, obstructions, or other barriers will not be re-serviced without an additional trip charge.

  • Clients must communicate special instructions, pet concerns, or locked access issues at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

 

Changes and Cancellations

  • Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for service cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a $10 cancellation fee, unless due to inclement weather or emergencies approved by management.
